1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Udaygiri Cantin website and your dine-in, takeaway, delivery or catering order with us. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Udaygiri Cantin is owned and operated by Sindhu Dattatray Kalaburge, with its kitchen located at S T Colony, Udgir, Latur, Maharashtra.
2. Use of This Website
This website lets you browse our menu, add dishes to a cart and place an order for dine-in, takeaway or delivery. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information — including your name, phone number and, where relevant, delivery address — when placing an order.
- Orders should be placed by adults, or with the involvement of a parent or guardian for minors.
- You are responsible for keeping the contact details you share with us accurate.
- We may decline or cancel an order where the information provided appears incomplete or incorrect.
3. Menu, Pricing & Availability
Prices shown are per plate, bowl, glass or piece as indicated on each item, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Photographs are representative; actual preparation, garnish and portion size may vary slightly by batch. Some items may be unavailable on a given day depending on ingredient availability — we will inform you and suggest an alternative where possible.
4. Dine-In, Takeaway & Delivery Orders
Dine-in seating is offered on a first-come basis unless a table has been reserved in advance by phone. Takeaway orders should be collected within a reasonable time of the confirmed ready time; food left uncollected for an extended period cannot be guaranteed to remain at serving quality. Delivery is available within our serviceable area in and around , subject to rider availability.
5. Catering Bookings
Catering for functions, weddings and bulk orders is booked on a per-plate or fixed-package basis, confirmed only once an advance payment has been received. Final headcount should be confirmed at least 24 hours before the event; we plan quantities based on this number and cannot guarantee extra servings arranged at very short notice. Any changes to date, time or menu should be communicated as early as possible.
6. Payment Terms
We accept cash and UPI for dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders, payable at the time of service or delivery. For catering bookings, an advance is required to confirm the date, with the balance due on or before the day of the event, as agreed at the time of booking.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout or by phone are our best estimate and are not guaranteed to the minute, as they depend on traffic, weather and order volume. Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the order; if delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be rescheduled or cancelled at our discretion.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Dine-in and takeaway orders may be cancelled free of charge before preparation begins; once cooking has started, cancellation may not be possible as ingredients are already committed. If any item arrives incorrect, incomplete or not up to standard, please contact us within an hour of delivery or collection and we will replace it or adjust your bill. Catering advances are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event date, except where we are unable to fulfil the booking.
9. Limitation of Liability
Udaygiri Cantin takes reasonable care in preparing and serving food, including standard hygiene practices in our kitchen. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather or road disruption.
10. Intellectual Property
The Udaygiri Cantin name, logo, and the design and content of this website belong to Udaygiri Cantin and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except as necessary to place an order.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing practices, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Latur, Maharashtra.
